BeekFusion LLC was founded by Gregory L. Beeker — retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel, degreed Aerospace Engineer, and senior Test & Evaluation professional with over 28 years of military service and 18+ years of hands-on flight test and program engineering experience.

Greg's engineering career spans some of the most demanding programs in aerospace history: Space Shuttle Vandenberg operations, the AGM-136A Tacit Rainbow cruise missile, V-22 Osprey flight test, and F-35 sustainment requirements. He was also one of the principal investigators for a "Get Away Special" experiment that flew aboard the Space Shuttle Challenger in 1983 — a milestone from his undergraduate days at Purdue. As Chief Performance Engineer and Instructor at the USAF Test Pilot School, he trained the next generation of military test pilots, test navigators, and flight test engineers.

In addition to his engineering practice, Greg brings 14 years of practical HOA board leadership to community association consulting — a unique secondary expertise grounded in the same analytical discipline.

"I've managed Space Shuttle astronaut systems test operations, evaluated cruise missiles at Edwards, trained military test pilots and test engineers at TPS, and led F-35 sustainment requirements. That is the engineering foundation BeekFusion brings to every consulting engagement."

HOA & Condo Budget / Reserve Advisory

Most association budget problems aren't financial problems — they're engineering problems. Greg applies 14 years of hands-on board leadership and aerospace-grade analytical discipline to help community associations build sound, defensible financial plans.

  • Annual budget development driven by community design, not owner desires
  • Board education: BOD fiduciary duties, audit best practices, inflation planning
  • Quarterly financial audit methodology and treasurer report guidance
  • Post-Surfside compliance: Fannie/Freddie standards, new inspection requirements
  • Reserve study analysis, line-item management, and investment strategy
  • Reserve fund investment planning (CDs, Treasuries, funding goals)
